What types of attendance systems does ClockInHR support?
ClockInHR supports three methods: a Bluetooth beacon placed at the site (employees open the kiosk app nearby and are recognised by face), a wall-mounted face recognition device at the entrance, and Attendance Manager, which turns any Android or iOS phone into a face-recognition kiosk. Each suits a different kind of site, and you can use one or all three at once.
How does the WhatsApp follow-up system work?
Our system monitors attendance in real time. If an employee hasn't checked in before their designated cutoff time, an automated WhatsApp message is sent as a reminder. If there's still no response, an automated call is triggered. All of this happens without any manual intervention — you don't need to chase anyone.
Do I need technical knowledge to set up ClockInHR?
